It's beginning to be that time of year again where the milk starts flowing and the cheese is made... one of my favorite times of the year! Made a few batches of Feta this morning.

Looks great! I imagine I'll have to be making some cheese pretty soon here in the next month when I start milking my other two does. I've just been making a lot of pudding since I'm getting about a quart a day right now from once a day milking with two does. :) Do you ever make yogurt or ice cream? Lauren : )
Yes we've made yogurt and ice cream. They both turn out good!
